Komori Fudo (Stone image of a nursemaid)

In 1580s, a clan leader called Gonnojo Okitsu lived in Umemoto district in this area was killed by another clan leader named Kono, because of a suspicion of a revolt. Then, a nursemaid escaped from Okitsu's residence with his sun, and lived in this place in Sakamoto district to bring up the young boy hiding themselves from pursuers. Now, there is a stone image of the nursemaid, and this place is called as "Komori" (literally "a nursemaid").
